In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Glenville Tarblooders basketball team scored a good 69-58 triumph over the Brush Arcs.

The Tarblooders (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lutheran West (Rocky River, OH). The Longhorns go into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Lutheran West knocked off Westerville South (Westerville, OH), 64-57, in a non-league battle.

The Arcs now own a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shaker Heights for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. Brush will meet a Red Raiders squad coming off a 65-54 non-league loss to Maple Heights (Maple Heights, OH). The Red Raiders record now stands at 1-7.
