New York High School Basketball - Scarsdale thwarts Byram Hills
January 4, 2025: Scarsdale, NY 10583 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Scarsdale Raiders (Scarsdale, NY) and the visiting Byram Hills Bobcats (Armonk, NY), observed Scarsdale's basketball team knock off Byram Hills by a score of 57-41.
The Raiders (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarkstown North (New City, NY). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Clarkstown North prevailed over Pelham Memorial (Pelham, NY), 68-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the Barack Obama School for Social Justice Lightning (Yonkers, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 6. Byram Hills will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Lightning come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 65-39 non-league loss to Harrison (Harrison, NY).
