The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Reidsville Rams (Reidsville, NC) and the visiting Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), observed Reidsville's basketball team edge Corvian Community by a score of 73-66.

The Rams (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Rockingham County was tipped by Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC), 52-41, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Corvian Community will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 76-63 non-league win over West Iredell (Statesville, NC).
