The Floyd Central Highlanders basketball squad (Floyds Knobs, IN), was crushed 76-45 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host North Central Panthers (Indianapolis, IN)

With the victory, North Central advances its record to 5-4 on the year. The Panthers host Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN) to meet the Royals in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Royals enter the battle with a record of 6-5. Hamilton Southeastern lost 72-55 in their recent non-league battle against Crown Point (Crown Point, IN)

The Highlanders now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corydon Central for a non-league battle on Friday, January 10.
