California High School Basketball - Foothill thwarted by Village Christian

The Village Christian Crusaders basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host Foothill Knights to 62 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Crusaders now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they host West Ranch for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. Village Christian will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 74-65 non-league loss to Windward (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-9.

With the loss, Foothill falls to 12-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Beckman (Irvine, CA) to confront the Patriots in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7.
