The Harding Presidents nipped the visiting Maloney Spartans basketball squad by a final score of 55-51 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Presidents face the Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, January 9. Harding will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.

The Spartans (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Wethersfield (Wethersfield, CT). The Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Wethersfield was nipped by Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT), 80-28, in a league outing.
