Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks (Norfolk, VA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Norfolk Academy Bulldogs (Norfolk, VA), 59-50 in a league match.

With the victory, Norfolk Collegiate advances its record to 7-1 on the year. The Mighty Oaks travel to Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA) to face the Marlins in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. The Marlins enter the match with a record of 3-5.

The Bulldogs now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christchurch School for a non-league match on Thursday, January 9.
