California High School Basketball - Oak Hills nudges St. Anthony
January 4, 2025: Long Beach, CA 90802 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Oak Hills Bulldogs (Hesperia, CA) and the host St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA), observed Oak Hills's basketball team edge St. Anthony by a score of 51-48.
The Bulldogs (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA). The Sun Devils come into the Mojave River challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Apple Valley was tipped by Big Bear (Big Bear City, CA), 75-72, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Saints encounter the Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) in a Del Rey challenge, on Monday, January 6. St. Anthony will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 56-41 league loss to St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA).
