Washington, DC High School Basketball - St. John's routs St. Andrew's Episcopal

January 4, 2025: Washington, DC 20015

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host St. John's Cadets basketball team scored a big 65-40 triumph over the St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions.

The Cadets (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA). The Cardinals go into the VISAA Division I contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Bishop Ireton smashed Clinton Grace Christian (Clinton, MD), 63-61, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. St. Andrew's Episcopal will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 99-30 league loss to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA).
