Maryland High School Basketball - Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart knocks off Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart Cyclones basketball team scored a good 52-37 win over the Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart Gators.

The Cyclones (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Norland (Miami, FL). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Norland was topped by Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, FL), 62-31, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Gators battle the Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA) in a VISAA Division I contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Huskies come into the contest with a 8-3 record after their 53-24 non-league win over Falls Church (Falls Church, VA).
