California High School Basketball - Firebaugh overwhelms Le Grand
January 4, 2025: Le Grand, CA 95333 The Firebaugh Eagles basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Le Grand Bulldogs to 19 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sanger West for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Firebaugh will confront a Hornets team coming off a 44-9 non-league win over Minarets (O'Neals, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 9-9.
With the loss, Le Grand falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Delhi (Delhi, CA) to confront the Hawks in a Southern League game on Tuesday, January 7. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 0-8. Delhi lost 51-24 in their recent non-league game against Buhach Colony (Atwater, CA)
