Ohio High School Basketball - Logan Elm holds off Piketon
January 4, 2025: Piketon, OH 45661 The Logan Elm Braves basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Piketon Redstreaks to 53 in the Braves non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Braves now possess a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to McClain for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. Logan Elm will confront a Tigers team coming off a 51-49 league win over Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 11-1.
With the loss, Piketon falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Redstreaks host Westfall (Williamsport, OH) to confront the Mustangs in a Scioto Valley game on Wednesday, January 8.
