Kentucky High School Basketball - Walton-Verona overwhelms Pendleton County
January 4, 2025: Walton, KY 41094 The Walton-Verona Bearcats basketball team scored 78 points and limited the visiting Pendleton County Wildcats to 39 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bearcats now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Gallatin County for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Walton-Verona will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 61-28 non-league win over North Oldham (Goshen, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-4.
