Washington High School Basketball - Tenino holds off Seattle Christian
January 4, 2025: SeaTac, WA 98188 The Tenino Beavers basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Seattle Christian Warriors to 36 in the Beavers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Beavers now possess a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Elma for a 1A Evergreen game on Tuesday, January 7. Tenino will confront a Eagles team coming off a 56-43 non-league loss to Kalama (Kalama, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-8.
With the loss, Seattle Christian falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Life Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA) to confront the Eagles in a 1A Nisqually game on Tuesday, January 7. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 1-4. Life Christian Academy lost 57-48 in their recent non-league game against Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA)
