January 4, 2025: Bastrop, TX 78602 The Bastrop Bears soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Manor Mustangs to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bears now hold a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bryan for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. Bastrop will play a Vikings squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Little Cypress-Mauriceville (Orange, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Manor moves to 1-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Akins (Austin, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
