In Saturday's non-league test, the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) ice hockey squad tipped the host Prout Crusaders (Wakefield, RI), by a final score of 4-3.

Next, the Rams face the Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT) in a FCIAC test, on Wednesday, January 8. New Canaan will attempt to upgrade on its 6-0 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 league win over St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT).
