January 4, 2025: Covington, LA 70433 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Northlake Christian Wolverines (Covington, LA) and the visiting A.J. Ellender Patriots (Houma, LA), saw Northlake Christian's soccer squad prevail over A.J. Ellender by a count of 4-0.
The Wolverines (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Sarah T. Reed (New Orleans, LA). The Olympians enter the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Sarah T. Reed tipped Young Audiences (Gretna, LA), 6-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Patriots battle the South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA) in a Division II District 5 battle, on Tuesday, January 7. A.J. Ellender will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Gators enter the battle with a 4-7 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Hahnville (Boutte, LA).
