Louisiana High School Soccer - Comeaux nudged by St. Louis Catholic
January 4, 2025: Lake Charles, LA 70601 St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Comeaux Spartans (Lafayette, LA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, St. Louis Catholic moves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Saints host South Beauregard (Longville, LA) to meet the Knights in a test on Monday, January 6. The Knights come into the test with a record of 8-6. South Beauregard won 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Kaplan (Kaplan, LA)
The Spartans now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ascension Episcopal for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 8. Comeaux will meet a team coming off a 9-0 league win over Highland Baptist Christian (New Iberia, LA). The record now stands at 7-3.
