Louisiana High School Soccer - Episcopal of Acadiana knocks off New Iberia
January 4, 2025: New Iberia, LA 70560 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA) and the host New Iberia Yellowjackets (New Iberia, LA), saw Episcopal of Acadiana's soccer squad prevail over New Iberia by a count of 4-0.
The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Erath (Erath, LA). The Bobcats enter the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Erath tipped Houma Christian (Houma, LA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Yellowjackets battle the St. Thomas More Cougars (Lafayette, LA) in a Division II District 4 battle, on Tuesday, January 7. New Iberia will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 9-2 record after their 0-0 non-league St. Amant (St. Amant, LA).
