Mississippi High School Soccer - Harrison Central toppled by George County
January 4, 2025: Gulfport, MS 39503 George County Rebels (Lucedale, MS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Harrison Central Red Rebels (Gulfport, MS), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, George County moves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Rebels host Pascagoula (Pascagoula, MS) to meet the Panthers in a 6A Region 4 test on Tuesday, January 7. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 5-6. Pascagoula 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Resurrection Catholic (Pascagoula, MS)
The Red Rebels now sport a 2-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ocean Springs for a 7A Region 4 test on Tuesday, January 7.
