January 4, 2025: San Antonio, TX 78226 Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host John F. Kennedy Rockets (San Antonio, TX), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Nixon moves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Edinburg (Edinburg, TX) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league test on Friday, January 10. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Rockets now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burbank for a non-league test on Thursday, January 9. John F. Kennedy will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-2 non-league Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
