With the win, Blake upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bengals travel to Magruder (Rockville, MD) to clash with the Colonels in a Montgomery 4A/3A East bout on Friday, January 8. The Colonels go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Magruder won 58-36 in their recent non-league bout against River Hill (Clarksville, MD)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD) in a Montgomery 4A/3A West bout, on Friday, January 8. Poolesville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
