January 5, 2022: Eugene, OR 97405 The North Medford Black Tornado basketball team (Medford, OR), was overwhelmed 47-15 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Churchill Lancers (Eugene, OR)
The Lancers now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Bend for a 5A Midwestern battle on Tuesday, January 11. Churchill will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 34-28 league win over Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-2.
The Black Tornado (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Miners come into the non-league battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Yreka trounced West Valley (Cottonwood, CA), 53-52, in a league battle.
