The Milford Spartans basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting Manchester West Blue Knights to 29 in the Spartans league triumph on Wednesday.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH) in a Division II game, on Friday, January 7. Milford will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Sachems enter the game with a 6-2 record after their 68-55 league loss to Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH).
