California High School Basketball - High Tech CV holds off El Cajon Valley
January 5, 2023: El Cajon, CA 92021 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the High Tech CV Bruins (Chula Vista, CA) and the host El Cajon Valley Braves (El Cajon, CA), saw High Tech CV's basketball squad hold off El Cajon Valley by a tally of 82-81.
With the victory, High Tech CV improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Bruins host High Tech NC (San Marcos, CA) to confront the Raptor in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Raptor come into the challenge with a record of 3-5. High Tech NC lost 69-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Classical Academy (Escondido, CA)
Next up, the Braves confront the Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) in a Grossmont - Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. El Cajon Valley will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Sultans come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 55-38 non-league loss to San Pasqual (Escondido, CA).
