January 5, 2023: St. Charles, MO 63304 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Howell Vikings (St. Charles, MO) and the visiting Neosho Wildcats (Neosho, MO), saw Howell's basketball squad wallop Neosho by a tally of 57-23.
With the victory, Howell improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Webb City (Webb City, MO) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Webb City won 75-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Chrisman Bears (Independence, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Neosho will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 51-49 league loss to Truman (Independence, MO).
