Iowa High School Basketball - Iowa Falls-Alden fells West Marshall
January 5, 2023: Iowa Falls, IA 50126 Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets (Iowa Falls, IA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA), 58-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Iowa Falls-Alden upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Cadets host Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA) to clash with the Lions in a North Central bout on Friday, January 6. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Clear Lake won 77-48 in their recent league bout against Algona (Algona, IA)
Next up, the Trojans clash with the Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. West Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Norsemen go into the bout with a 7-0 record after their 70-41 non-league win over Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA).
