January 5, 2023: Osakis, MN 56360 The Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Staples-Motley Cardinals (Staples, MN), 61-45 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Silverstreaks (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Royalton (Royalton, MN). The Royals go into the AA Section 6 test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Royalton went down by Paynesville (Paynesville, MN), 57-53, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pierz for a AA Section 7 test on Tuesday, January 10.
