January 5, 2023: South Beloit, IL 61080 The South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Christian Liberty (Arlington Heights, IL), 49-33 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Sobos (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Yorkville Christian notched a victory over Earlville (Earlville, IL), 52-39, in a non-league test.
The now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Christian Life for a non-league test on Friday, January 6. Christian Liberty will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 59-15 non-league win over Faith Christian (Dixon, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 7-7.
