Nevada High School Basketball - Cimarron-Memorial overwhelmed by Centennial
January 5, 2023: Las Vegas, NV 89128 The Centennial Bulldogs basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Cimarron-Memorial Spartans to 29 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Gorman for a contest on Tuesday, January 10. Centennial will battle a Gaels team coming off a 70-56 non-league loss to Real Salt Lake Academy (Herriman, UT). The Gaels record now stands at 9-2.
The Spartans (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV). The Desert Shields come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Cheyenne triumphed over Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV), 59-19, in a non-league contest.
