Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Ridgeline Falcons (Liberty Lake, WA) and the host Central Valley Bears (Spokane Valley, WA), saw Ridgeline's basketball squad knock off Central Valley by a tally of 80-63.

With the victory, Ridgeline improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to North Central (Spokane, WA) to play the Wolfpack in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge on Monday, January 8. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. North Central won 65-48 in their recent league challenge against Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA)

Next up, the Bears play the University Titans (Spokane, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Central Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 59-53 league win over Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA).
