Minnesota High School Basketball - Willmar ripped by Hutchinson
January 5, 2024: Willmar, MN 56201 The Hutchinson Tigers basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Willmar Cardinals to 39 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Hutchinson will meet a Magic team coming off a 77-60 league win over Princeton (Princeton, MN). The Magic record now stands at 3-7.
The Cardinals (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Detroit Lakes (Detroit Lakes, MN). The Lakers enter the AAA Section 8 contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Detroit Lakes triumphed over Perham (Perham, MN), 68-56, in a non-league contest.
