California High School Basketball - Rolling Hills Prep nudges King/Drew
January 5, 2024: Los Angeles, CA 90059 Rolling Hills Prep Huskies (San Pedro, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA), 66-65 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rolling Hills Prep upgrades its record to 18-4 on the season. The Huskies travel to Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Bruins in a Coastal bout on Friday, January 12. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 3-6.
Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. King/Drew will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 75-72 league win over St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA).
