January 5, 2024: Garden Grove, IA 50103 In Friday's league outing, the Mormon Trail Saints (Garden Grove, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lamoni Demons (Lamoni, IA), by a margin of 69-41.
The Saints (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Gilman City (Gilman City, MO). The Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 5-6 record.
The Demons now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Melcher-Dallas for a Bluegrass outing on Tuesday, January 9. Lamoni will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 73-57 league win over Seymour (Seymour, IA). The Saints record now stands at 1-11.
