Missouri High School Basketball - Newburg tipped by Southern Boone
January 5, 2024: Ashland, MO 65010 The Southern Boone Eagles basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Newburg Wolves to 35 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sullivan for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Southern Boone will meet a Eagles team coming off a 46-34 non-league loss to Northwest (Cedar Hill, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
The Wolves (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Iberia (Iberia, MO). The Rangers enter the Frisco contest with a 8-3 record.
