January 5, 2024: Central City, NE 68826 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Nebraska Christian Eagles (Central City, NE) and the visiting Central Valley Cougars (Greeley, NE), saw Nebraska Christian's basketball squad wallop Central Valley by a tally of 52-29.
With the victory, Nebraska Christian improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Elba (Elba, NE) to confront the Bluejays in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 2-7. Elba lost 53-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Red Cloud (Red Cloud, NE)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Pleasanton Bulldogs (Pleasanton, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Central Valley will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 49-18 non-league win over Twin Loup (Sargent, NE).
