January 5, 2024: South Deerfield, MA 01373 The Frontier Regional Red Hawks (South Deerfield, MA) basketball knocked off the visiting West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA), 41-29 in Friday's non-league test.
The Red Hawks (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Easthampton/Hampshire (Easthampton, MA). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
The Terriers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Holyoke for a Freelance test on Tuesday, January 9. West Springfield will encounter a Purple Knights squad coming off a 55-50 non-league loss to Granby Memorial (Granby, CT). The Purple Knights record now stands at 0-3.
