The Mills Vikings basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Live Oak Acorns to 21 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burlingame for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Mills will battle a Panthers team coming off a 61-43 non-league loss to Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-4.

The Acorns (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (San Jose, CA). The 76ers enter the Blossom Valley - Almaden Valley contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Independence triumphed over Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA), 46-33, in a non-league contest.
