Vermont High School Basketball - Mt. Abraham crushes Otter Valley
January 5, 2024: Brandon, VT 05733 Mt. Abraham Eagles (Bristol, VT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT), 55-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mt. Abraham upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Eagles host Fair Haven (Fair Haven, VT) to clash with the Slaters in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Slaters go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Fair Haven won 58-27 in their recent non-league bout against Middlebury (Middlebury, VT)
Next up, the Otters clash with the Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Otter Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 58-30 league loss to Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT).
