With the win, Newkirk upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Tigers host Woodland (Fairfax, OK) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Woodland won 46-25 in their recent non-league bout against Yale (Yale, OK)
