New Mexico High School Basketball - Bernalillo trounces Grants
January 5, 2024: Grants, NM 87020 The Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM) basketball crushed the host Grants Pirates (Grants, NM), 63-14 in Friday's non-league test.
The Spartans (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.
The Pirates now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Gallup for a non-league test on Saturday, January 6. Grants will encounter a Bengals squad coming off a 73-19 non-league win over Goddard (Roswell, NM). The Bengals record now stands at 2-0.
