Texas High School Soccer - Eastwood knocks off Riverside
January 5, 2024: El Paso, TX 79915 Eastwood Troopers (El Paso, TX) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Troopers confront the Pebble Hills Spartans (El Paso, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Eastwood will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Andress (El Paso, TX).
The Rangers now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chapin for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6.
