Indiana High School Basketball - Garrett nips Central Noble
January 5, 2024: Albion, IN 46701 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Garrett Railroaders (Garrett, IN) and the host Central Noble Cougars (Albion, IN), saw Garrett's basketball squad hold off Central Noble by a tally of 31-27.
With the victory, Garrett improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Railroaders host Whitko (South Whitley, IN) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
Next up, the Cougars play the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Central Noble will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 69-59 non-league loss to Angola (Angola, IN).
