North Carolina High School Basketball - Providence Day crushes Legion Collegiate Academy

Providence Day Chargers (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC), 81-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Providence Day upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Chargers travel to Cape Fear Christian Academy (Erwin, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Cape Fear Christian Academy won 47-30 in their recent non-league bout against Village Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC)

Next up, the Lancers clash with the Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles (West Columbia, SC) in a bout, on Thursday, January 11. Legion Collegiate Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
