January 5, 2025: Rochester, MI 48306 The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Adams Highlanders (Rochester, MI) and the visiting Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI), witnessed Adams's ice hockey team nip Walled Lake Northern by a final score of 2-1.
The Highlanders (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Farmington (Farmington, MI). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Farmington was nipped by Garber (Essexville, MI), 5-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Mott Corsairs (Waterford, MI) in a Kensington Lakes - North challenge, on Friday, January 10. Walled Lake Northern will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Corsairs come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Adrian (Adrian, MI).
