In Thursday's league outing, the Academy at Palumbo Griffin (Philadelphia, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Overbrook Panthers (Philadelphia, PA), by a margin of 75-29.

The Griffin (3-6) will now prepare for their outing against Abington (Abington, PA). The Galloping Ghosts go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Abington was trounced by Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA), 62-46, in a league outing.
