California High School Basketball - South Gate overwhelmed by Carson
January 6, 2022: South Gate, CA 90280 The Carson Colts basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host South Gate Rams to 46 in the Colts non-league victory on Thursday.
The Colts now sport a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Narbonne for a Marine contest on Wednesday, January 12. Carson will battle a Gauchos team coming off a 86-83 non-league win over Madison (San Diego, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 9-8.
The Rams (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Legacy (South Gate, CA). The Tigers come into the Eastern contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Legacy triumphed over Fremont (Los Angeles, CA), 1-0, in a non-league contest.
