Henderson Warriors (West Chester, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Great Valley Patriots (Malvern, PA), 35-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Henderson upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Warriors host Bishop Shanahan (Downingtown, PA) to play the Eagles in a bout on Tuesday, January 18. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Patriots play the East Vikings (West Chester, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 11. Great Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
