Alabama High School Basketball - McAdory holds off Northridge
January 6, 2022: McCalla, AL 35111 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the McAdory Yellowjackets (McCalla, AL) and the visiting Northridge Jaguars (Tuscaloosa, AL), saw McAdory's basketball squad hold off Northridge by a tally of 53-49.
With the victory, McAdory improves its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Carver Birmingham (Birmingham, AL) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 11. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Carver Birmingham lost 65-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL)
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 7. Northridge will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 65-40 non-league win over Calera (Calera, AL).
