Academy at Palumbo Griffin (Philadelphia, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting South Philadelphia Rams (Philadelphia, PA), 67-14 in a league bout.

With the win, Academy at Palumbo upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Griffin travel to Central (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Lancers in a Philadelphia Public - Liberty bout on Thursday, January 12. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 6-5.

Next up, the Rams play the Central Lancers (Philadelphia, PA) in a Philadelphia Public - Liberty bout, on Tuesday, January 10. South Philadelphia will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
